Review summary

Okay cruise. Dissapointed a port was canceled on month prior with no explanation or new port put in place. St. Thomas was a reason we booked this cruise. Okay value, 5-free offers with the booking was a good deal.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dinner was too long. In excess of two hours, causing us to miss shows and other activities.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were basic. Water slide were fun, but always had aleast one or more closed. High ropes course was great. Lacked anymore activities.

Entertainment

4 out of 5

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Crew was good, nothing above an byond to speak of when compared to other cruise lines

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Felt they could have been cleaning the common spaces more with the current world conditions goinf on. Did not feel NCL was doing much to minimize COVID.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
For a suite type cabin it was basic when compared to other cruise lines. No perks or frills. Room was about the same size a regular balcony room.

Thanks for your review. I would like to know who are the other cruise lines when you say compared to other cruise lines

Cruise lines don't like to cancel ports. It costs them big money to cancel. Excursions are a big revenue plus they have to feed entertain everyone on a sea day.

Cruise lines are trying to make up for lost time and will cancel ports I believe to save money. Also are charging more for less. It's the new norm. Hopefully it will even out and get back to pre covid standards. Thanks for your review

Sorry you didn’t enjoy as much as you hoped. All I’ll say is - if you’re comparing only to cruises with other lines that you did pre-Covid, it’s maybe not a fair comparison to make. A lot of your complaints are common across the board just now.

Thank for you comments. To bad you were so disappointed. Guess you need to stick with either of the other lines you did enjoy.
