Too many days at sea with not enough to do. Would have been a better trip had St. Thomas cancelled) been replaced. Not great if you cruise to see places.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Even with good, detailed protocols, it was easy and quick to embark.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Good not great. Repetitious menu in main areas, and all 3 are exactly alike. Buffet is much better, but it's a buffet.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
One pool, always packed. Children allowed in adults only hot tubs.
Entertainment
Run of the mill offerings, nothing stood out.
Children's Programs
No children with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Steward was terrific, and he kept the room exceptionally clean. Buffet wait staff worked hard to help in every way possible and to keep it clean.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Except the areas around the smokers and the casino cigarettes air, the common areas were very clean. Smokers should not be next to the pool; even in the box, they stink.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, perfect for 2 people. The balcony had great views but felt very private.
Loved the kayak excursion! However, most of the island is just an extension of the ship with little to do except drink and sunbathe. Nice beach, clean. What we expected.
Opted to take the rum, chocolate, cigar, and Amber Museum your. Learned a lot, sampled a lot of rum, and bought some lovely amber jewelry (reasonable prices). The island is 90% vaccinated. However, Covid caused a great deal of poverty, so it is a struggling area. I'd go back.
Took the sun, Salsa, and rum excursion. Great overview and lots of fun. On our own, we visited historical sites and the national park. The fort at the park is amazing, and it has great views. We had great PR food at Tijuana's, which is near the dock.
The main dining room menus, even on Royal where there are multiple main dining rooms, have the same nightly menu. All that is difference is the ambiance of the restart itself.
