The cruise was overly crowded, the pool and deck area could not accommodate the amount of people wanting to get cool. The atrium was also a point where was very over crowded with no place to sit through out the day

Review summary

Disappointed our port at at Thomas was cancelled, the ship was not ready to handle the amount of people on the boat for the 4 days. Need to make alternatives for folks when this happens and our excursions was cancelled with no alternatives for a lot of people. Just disappointing as we looked forward to cruising

If the pool was the most important onboard activity for you then you’re always going to be disappointed on a ship, it’s not like they can have the size of pool or number of pools you’d get in a hotel. Glad you still sort of enjoyed your cruise though!
