MDR was terrible. Food sitting under heat lamps to the point pasta was break your teeth hard. La Cucina was amazing. Le Bistro the server told us the lamb was terrible and not to order it. The crab appetizer was just a cold piece of crab rolled in salmon from the buffet. Just all in all so sad we wasted our money

What entertainment? 3 sea days and we had one “sexy legs” competition which no one can see due to one tiny pool for the entire ship and no tv screen and no stage. So maybe 20 people saw the show. So many complaints about no entertainment. We were all so bored

Augusti at Sunset Bar was the highlight of the entire cruise and the only reason we didn’t lose our minds. Absolutely a professional and kind soul. Please go see him if you have to suffer through this cruise

The cabin was very clean but we booked a balcony and the balcony was so small that you can’t turn the chairs towards the water and relax. No table to enjoy coffee and breakfast on. If you both want to sit out there then you have to face each other and prop your legs on the drink stand. Absolutely not worth the extra money
The cruise docked at one port and wouldn’t let people park in the deck because it was the wrong dock so we all had to park in some sketchy lot with no shade for full price and pull in one by one which took hours.
The port is nothing but 10 shops at the end of the pier. Our excursion to the waterfalls was amazing until the driver decided to take us off course for 3 extra hours to shop at some hut on the side of the road so we had zero time at the port
Barely any shade. Lines for drinks or food are outrageous when 4k people trying to do the same. Get off on the first tender (which you have to book once you get on board) so you have the ability to get a seat and drink before the mobs come off
Love San Juan. Beautiful. So much history and culture. Beware the ship charges you an 11% tax on all drinks while in port even with drink package… and our port day was 12 hours
Off the ship in 10 minutes. Then to find out we aren’t parked at the port we took off from so have to wait for busses to take us back to original lot. Fantastic when you paid to park at port so you can leave quickly only to find out you paid extra for nothing
Hard to believe there's no entertainment on the Getaway, just read other reviews. We've cruised twice on this ship, both times we had regular balcony rooms. The balcony may be not huge, just two chairs and a small table but it was enough space to have coffee or a glass of wine.
