I've been on 10 cruises and this was by far the worst one that I have ever been one. This was my first, and will be the last, on Norwegian.
Embarkation

It took us 4.5 hours to board.. Others it took up to 10 hours to board. The Manhattan port was an absolute mess.

Food and Dining

Main dining room & buffet was OK.. The Brazilian specialty (Moderno) was so salty it was almost inedible. Cagney's Steakhouse was fantastic though.
Onboard Activities

The ropes / slides were closed 80% of the time due to 'winds'. The hot-tubs were filled with kids even though it says adults only. The fitness center was small (split into 2 sections).
Entertainment

Due to the layout of the ship, the "Atrium" was a focal point and it didn't really work. With that, the main shows, like Million Dollar Quartet, Burn the Floor, and Junnk, were fantastic.
Children's Programs

They cancelled the children's program 2 weeks before the cruise. Talk about hundreds of parents being upset!
