Norwegian messed up this one and ruined the vacation for so many people. Seems like money first instead of service. Many people on this ship told me never again Norwegian. And same for for big "NO" to Norwegian for now.

Only one dinner at the main dining room was good and rest of days were just plain dull. Wasabi restaurant was good though. Shanghai noodle place was always packed with a long line. We were very curious, so we tried after waiting 2 hours. People, don’t waste your time. Instant ramen is much better than this place. Not sure why they don’t open for lunch if so popular.

only two main shows and both were decent. But getting into other small shows here and there are again line and competition. Not sure why they don’t do the performance at the much bigger place for the good band like Syd Norman.

Not sure they are overwhelmed or not happy with something. Nobody smiled and nobody even greeting with us. If you report a problem, they are making an ugly face. Never experience this especially in the cruise. The mood inside of the cruise was very much like “don’t bother me just tell me what you want attitude”.

This was the by far worst cruise trip I ever had among all 6 cruise trips I had before. (3 were Norwegian). Not sure they were not ready post-pandemic, or they didn't expect this many people will be on this cruise. Bad planning and worst execution. I heard only a few hundred shorts from the full capacity. So, the ship was almost full. internet is useless but they still selling it.
Never again Apr. in Bermuda. Also seem like they are ready to take so many people yet. Public bus will leave if all seat at taken. Also Bus drivers are so rude and they don't keep the schedule. Almost missed the boat to had to take a taxi.
Choir of Man is outstanding. I think a good cruise is good planning on your part. Making sure you use the correct arrival time ton ensure you get on by 11:00 AM. You have to know the ropes b
Sorry to read about your experience. I just got off the Epic and it was a huge disappointment as well. Would definitely not recommend this cruise line!
