It was a struggle to watch shows and stand in lines only to be turned around by inexperienced staff. Almost everything is as closed from time to time. Onboard credit was not returned.

Entertainment

There was hardly a vibe for 2 hours at the pool. Only had 1 pool for 2000 people. Hot tubs were NEVER available. I didn’t even get in once. Rude kids were hogging the hot tubs when they weren’t even allowed. 15 people were in a hot tub which had a max capacity of 4 and NO ONE was monitoring it for safety or protocols.
