Review summary

This cruise was disappointing. on many levels. i have decided that I may not travel on Norwegian and use another cruise line for my next cruise. However, i have not entirely wash my hand off Norwegian. I will try again when they figure out how to better accommodate their guest. It rained a lot to no fault of theirs, but how made up for the rain ruined activities was unacceptable. The embarkation experience was unbearable. They did not seem to know what they were doing.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Embarkation was 4 plus hours long. It was very disorganized and some people in my traveling group experiences even longer waiting periods upon embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food and service were great but the drinks were made with inferior liquor and I didn't utilized my free drink package much and i mostly got virgin drinks

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The onboard activities were boring and overcrowded because Norwegian did not have alternated plans for activities ruined by the weather, therefore, people over-crowed other activities to fill in the time of their cancelled activities. Many of the activities were repeated even if the first time was not successful. Many of the entertainment staff seemed overworked and with low energy.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Entertainment was limited compared to other cruises, but they were great.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
That was cancelled for younger kids and the explanation didn't make sense

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Some of the bar service staff were very rude will other were friendly and accommodating

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5

Ship tip

Don't do it right now. They are not ready for a full ship. Wait until covid restrictions are lifted. While they demand vaccination and a proof of a negative test they should require the use of masks for now because some members of my traveling party came down with covid

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarkation was way more efficient than embarkation
