Review summary
We had a great time. I bought both spa passes and vibe beach club passes. The vibe was more worth it. Though things were not always perfect, we were happy to be there and nothing was wrong enough to be upset about. The staff always did their absolute best. Guests were not always kind to them. They were stuck trying to wrangle a bunch of unruly teenagers that were clogging stairwells and people who were taking up a bunch of chairs they weren’t using while trying not to make anyone mad. Most of the issues were caused by guests and not crew. We gotta be nicer to service workers. The thermal Spa was okay, but I don’t know if I’d buy passes again. It’s not very relaxing. It’s very echoey and crowded. We did use it for sure, but it was always a struggle to find somewhere to sit because other guests would put belongings on the heated loungers and padded chairs and leave them there for hours without coming back. The vibe was much better.Embarkation

Food and Dining
Garden Café
Just meh. Nothing bad, but most of the desserts are made with sponge rather than crust and cheesecakes are made with cheese flavored gelatin. I think a lot has more to do with shortages than ncl best practices. They had basically the same exact choices everyday. Just meh.
Moderno Churrascaria
So good. I’ve seen some not so great reviews of this restaurant, but we had a great experience. It’s way more food than I can eat, but they sure tried to make sure I had plenty 😂 The manager was so amazing and funny and personable. I have a lot of food allergies and he took me around the salad bar and built me a plate of everything I could eat whether I wanted it or not 🤣 He insisted I eat some palm hearts for my liver health. Apparently he didn’t know I’m not a drinker. Seriously though, he made our night.
Carlo's Bake Shop
Not worth it. Boxed macarons that they get from an outside source and like 3 types of cupcakes that aren’t different enough from what you can get elsewhere to make sense too buy at an extra cost.
Cagney's Steakhouse
The food was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I had that I didn’t love was the creamed spinach. It was a little too garlicky for my taste, but if you like a lot of garlic, you’ll be very pleased. The potatoes au gratin were amazing and the prime rib I had was great. They also had the best desserts on the ship, though we took them to go because we were so full from the meal.
O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar and Grille
Breakfast here is a good idea. It’s not super gourmet, but sometimes it’s just nice to have someone pour you a cup of coffee in the morning. The lunch/dinner was not as good. The selections are super limited. Again… nothing was bad, it just was nothing to get excited about.
Waves Pool Bar
The best bar on the ship with the best bartenders.
Atrium Bar
The staff here was so on top of everything. They were helpful and always checking with anyone in the area to be sure they had been waited on.
Savor Restaurant
The manager here was so good about finding me and bringing the menu for the next day so that I could preorder with my food allergies in mine. Not everything was great, but most things were good to very good. Nothing was bad. It seemed like they were getting into the flow as we got closer to the end of the cruise. They were still building up too full capacity and hadn’t had a ship as full as ours until then. They all did they’re very best and I appreciate them.
Dolce Gelato
Unimpressive. Just get the included ice cream at the buffet.
