The ship is beautiful with plenty to keep you busy. Very well maintained and great staff.

As the 4,000+ guests will agree, it was a total nightmare. It was totally unorganized, lack of staff and hours waiting in line to board. I personally was in line for 5 1/2 hours and many were even longer. No priority boarding for anyone.

Pools were full of children splashing and jumping. The area designated for children was not open due to covid. Rock climbing wall was closed but the slides were open.

Entertainment

The entertainment was excellent, if you could get in. Many were filled to capacity and you could not go in. People waited in line for over half hour for many shows.

Service and Staff

The staff were trying their best to keep up with the demand. Very short staffed for a ship of this size. All were very upbeat and very helpful.

The ship was immaculate. My balcony room was very comfortable and the best I have ever experienced.

Very clean and very comfortable. Very well designed with lots of drawers, a sofa and desk.

I am booked in this same cabin for an upcoming cruise - just wondering if the bed is next to the balcony or is the sofa next to the balcony? I can not find out and prefer the bed to be next to the balcony . Sounds like you had a lovely cruise!
