First time to New Orleans. Really fun town with huge personality. Have to wade through the seedy side and just enjoy all the great food, drinks, sights. Just keep your blinders on and enjoy. Felt very safe just venturing out by ourselves.
Visited the Mayan ruins, very interesting and educational. Small crowded port area. Very windy day, many of the water-related excursions had to be cancelled due to the wind danger.
We purchased Priority Embarkation/Debarkation and we are glad we did. From leaving our cabin it took only 15 minutes and we were sitting in our cab heading for our hotel!
