Review summary

I really enjoy this size ship and found it to be clean and updated- the shows are amazing - especially the million dollar quartet and the comedians- even though the daily sheet says reservations required you can get into every show we were at by waiting until 15 min before show so the daily sheet makes it sound like you can’t get it - but you can - specialty restaurants keep some outdoor seating open each night for walk ups as well - balcony was extremely small and couldn’t really enjoy it

Fairly easy and quick process - getting in the right door was somewhat confusing and very congested - we walked through the river walk mall and exited there to the port

Tried several specialty restaurants and one dinner club, all the specialty restaurants were good - with la cucina, modernos, and Cagneys being the best. Food at the dinner show (cirque) portion size was inconsistent and steak was cooked well done. Food at the main dining room was good but service inconsistent as well

Very crowded and lots of chair hogs. I don’t like the new rule of not provided beach towels in the room 1 you have to pick them up at one location on the pool deck - they take your room number and tell you if you don’t return them you will be charged $24.95 per towel

Enjoyed both acupuncture and a massage - watch your bill carefully if you book with a discount we had to get ours redone after they left off the lattitudes discount

Didn’t think I would like this show but it was very good - be aware you can make reservations before cruising but if you don’t you can still get into the show you just have to wait until 15 min before- the freestyle daily is somewhat misleading as it states reservations required

Thought all of the staff were great and very helpful - if you can take the behind the scenes tour for platinum latitude members - do it ! It was great and they supervisors in each area are very proud of their jobs

Probably the smallest balcony room and smallest balcony I’ve ever had in 10’cruises - but the bathroom and storage were good size and very useful

Ship tip

Elevators are slow and stop at each floor , book entertainment and specialty restaurants early - awe Million dollar quartet it is the best NCL show I’ve ever seen and I have seen a lot including jersey boys which was my favorite until this show - all singers ply the only music you hear they are so talented

Nice private island - we booked a pool cabana and had great service - not cheap but very relaxing- it was hot there 90 degrees plus but the pool is great

This port was a real surprise - lots to do right at the port - you can relax, eat, swim in pools, have a massage, dolphin experience- all right at the port

Not much at the port unless you have a tour booked - we had been there before so we just went to local shops
