Review summary

The worst check in ever for me. I believe it had to be the clerk's fault for not knowing how to do the job.

The check in clerk gave room key cards with the wrong people on them. It took until the second day to get it all straight, and a lot of lost time standing in the line to guest services.

If you do your homework ahead of time you wont be bitching Very sad that some people cant be happy We had a mini suite last cruise and it was fantastic 3 of us in the room and no problems at all

Maybe next time you should just go to a gym near your house. Doesnt sound like you were a happy camper on your cruise

The sink in the mini-suite is a double sink. It allows 2 people to use it at the same time. Having a larger bathroom is what differentiates a mini-suite from a balcony room.
