Overall I felt the food was average at best. Dinner was a 2 hour event. Which seems way to long.
My major complaint is the buffet. Limited choices and they did not have a decent salad bar..I was shocked. Also it made no sense between two dessert areas was soup. Why put soup between desserts?
Never felt to crowded but the same food almost everyday.

Aerosmith tribute band was the highlight of the trip. Also the show about Sun Records was very good. The individual singing on the dinning room almost ruined the meals. Just play music.. she was terrible.
Service and Staff

Had a problem with bill that was corrected. But the individual behind the counter for the excursion desk was rude and basically called me stupid. He got an earful and I am a nice person takes a lot to get me upset.
Staff seem put out of place when you asked a question. And the bald officer at the credit desk was the most unpleasant person ever on any cruise.

I would have given this more star if the balcony was bigger. The smallest balcony on any cruise I have been on. We were in cabin 10188 which is a mini suite. All that means is a bigger bathroom and it was nice size full size shower and two vanities. Worth a small price to upgrade but not much . There are no drawers in the entire cabin only shelves. I lime drawers. The coffee make was a very nice addition. Still went to Starbucks, but didn’t have to. The two twin beds would not stay together. No outlets by the bed??? What!
Ship tip
If you want to getaway from the pool craziness go to H2O in the back of the ship. No kids nice little area to cool off and two hot tubs. Was not crowded during our trip but we had a lot of kids
Two shipments were robbed and left on the middle of nowhere on NCL approved excursion. Luckily they were unharmed and found. Be careful Mexico. FYI there is a spa at the port in Costa Maya that was cheap and great .... got a foot and leg message for 30.00 worth every penny.
