Ports of call, with the exception of Belize and Costa Maya, are under developed. Unless you are doing an excursion, there’s nothing to see or do.
Embarkation

Staff were put out by the fact that we had a special needs passenger who required a wheelchair at the drop-off point, even though it was requested before hand.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Most of the food was okay—not great. The two positive experiences were at the noodle bar and sushi restaurants.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Bingo was over priced. Deal or No Deal was fun but over priced.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Entertainment was very good—professional and talented performers.

Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Cabin steward was scarce—only saw him two or three times all week. Bartenders were good but overworked and understaffed. Wait staff were courteous and attentive.
I hope you did get some enjoyment from the cruise. As far as special needs, my husband needs some assistance and the staff on any ship we have been on have always been happy to help. They help and do it with a smile.
