The ship was clean and beautiful. Some of the staff were friendly and willing to help. However, there appeared to be a language barrier. Most of the staff spoke broken English, which caused problems.

Because of poor service and ship design (for adults) we will not sail Norwegian again

4 out of 5
The children enjoyed the pool area
Entertainment
3 out of 5
There were only three different shows on the main stage. Comedians were in in a small room that only held 100 people (on a ship of 5000)
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Poor skills in English and communication . Unwillingness to be helpful to work out problems.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Most activities led through the Casino which smelled of smoke and cigars.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
It was much smaller than comparable cabins on Princess and Royal Caribbean
However, there was more storage around the desk area and lots of room UNDER the bed.
Ship tip
Be prepared for POOR SERVICE all over the ship. Most people we talked with on the ship were unhappy with service.
Amazing, give an honest review of how YOUR cruise went, then get told to stay home. I appreciate your honesty. Everything doesn't always go as planned, it was your money that bought that opinion, so you have every right to express it. Hopefully, your next one will be better.
My wife and I were on the same ship last month, had a great time. Not sure what ship design has to do with adults. As far as a language problem,
Everyone of the crew that we spoke with spoke decent English. English is not the only language spoken on cruise ships. IF YOU WANT PERFECT ENGLISH STAY HOME, TALK TO YOURSELF, DO YOU HAVE A LANGUAGE PROBLEM WITH THAT
Sorry u had problems with ship. We thoroughly enjoyed the design of the ship. Large and roomy. Thought every one too be helpful and well spoken as well.
