Great Cruise overall. The NCL Getaway is a beautiful ship. Staff needs more training on how to use life boats as tenders to ports of call.

New Orleans employees not up too speed with check in software. Seemed to be learning on the job. Made embarkation slow and was very stuffy and hot in terminal.

Staff did not seem prepared to use existing life boats as tenders to several of the islands like Grand Cayman and Roatan. Expect an uncomfortable experience until bugs worked out.
