I'm getting back on her next week. 2nd time in 10 months. Love her. Best shows at sea. Speciality restaurants are the best of all except Celebrity and Princess. But easily beat the RCCL and Carnival, all day. You are right...Carnival is louder aka more music :) . But I love Getaway. And yes the need to add a pool to back of Spice H20. One point you nailed!! But what A great Ship!!

We cruised the Getaway twice and loved it! We never had one single complaint. But our last cruise was in Carnival on March 2, and it was way more fun than NCL and RCCL! Granted, Carnival’s show don’t compare with the Broadway caliber shows if NCL and RCCL, but the amount of activities and music on Carnival surpass those other two. We now have a B2 B booked on Carnival for next year, and plan to do many more. But don’t knock NCL. Their Freestyle Cruising concept is the best!
