Great port building! Very comfortable. Only issue was inability to hear announcements in waiting area.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Every drink was poorly made except in margaritaville. Dining room disorganized. Buffet pretty good. Used to Having pizza and ice cream pretty much anytime, but not on this ship. Steak never cooked to temperature. WAY to many ‘pay extra’ restaurants.
Onboard Activities
1 out of 5
Nearly everything is scheduled indoors! Even the movies which are shown in the middle of the day. Amazing hair salon!!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Best part of the cruise! Dancers incredible. Broadway shows! Actually better than the broadway production I had seen.

Ship tip
Order coffee in your room each day. More than you want cause pots are small.
It was a cluster. We signed up for a Miami tour excursion and were to meet in a special area. There were 6 of us. We were sent 3 different places and waited in 4 lines. It was chaos. We finally got headed in the correct area and realized my disabled daughter had got separated from us. We could not get help from anyone. She was sent off the ship without us and we could get no one to help us. It was nearly 2 hours later when we found her sitting on the sidewalk outside the port. Staff was rude and uncaring.
If it was the staff after your cruise in debark, where you get luggage and go through customs, that is usually a different company all together from the cruise line.
