Pools were jam packed and hard to get into. Fitness center and spa were nice.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Howl at the Moon dueling piano players were fantastic!!! So much fun and super talented!!! Burn the Floor dance troupe was out of this world amazing!!! Comedian Flip Schultz was a riot during his stand up routine and when he performed with the Howl at the Moon guys. Cirque du Soleil performers were crazy good, intense and a bit insane. The ships performers were average. DJ's were great. Cruise Director and his crew were a ton of fun!
Service and Staff

Majority of the wait staff and personnel were excellent!!! Our room steward, Kong, was excellent!!! Our room always clean and we had everything we could need or want. Bartenders at The Atrium, especially Vladimir, Enrique and Nikolai, were top notch! Really friendly and fun. Bartender and waitress, Janele, at Sugarcane and Margaritaville, Signey, were also awesome!!! Waiters and waitresses were very good and attentive. The Bartenders at H2O and Howl at the Moon had no personality and looked miserable which sucked because we loved those bars and they took away from the experience.

fairly spacious with large window that provided a great view. our room was always clean. mattress and pillows were in great condition.
Ship tip
get out early to claim a lounge chair by the pool!! very limited seating
We did the Extreme Zip Line adventure and it was amazing!!! 11 zip lines, 2 zuperzip lines and suspension bridges through the rain forest. The views were stunning. The zip lining staff was great. They were very patient and helpful with us newbies. They were a lot of fun and quite crazy too. Overall it was a once in a lifetime experience!!!!
great day to relax at the beach and work on your tan. this port is Norwegian owned so we were a bit disappointed that the food and drinks were not included in our package. The shopping was just average.
our excursion was terrible. we did the mayan ruins and blue lagoon beach break which included an open bar and buffet lunch. we left the port an hour late because we waited for one family (we think to fill the bus) Our tour guide did a nice job and was very informative. the Ruins were cool and educational. We left the ruins 20 minutes late waiting on the same family. we got the Blue Lagoon "resort" and were treated to some garbage and abandoned vehicles on the approach, after we passed the entrance with the broken sign with missing letters. The bar was teeny tiny with premixed, watered down drinks. The buffet had 7-8 items which included the tortilla shells, apples. The chicken was bloody. The pork was tough. over half of us didn't eat or drink. The beach chairs were dirty. the Lagoon was like a lake with a little dock, about 6 feet long. For $150+/each, it was extremely disappointing.
