Review summary

we had the spa balcony, the thermal suite is great. It was only half full once the rest of the time we were there with maybe 8 other people. Downside was the large pool was barely warm some days cold. we also had the arcade package, which is suggest if you plan on playing any game (video games, pool, darts....) game prices ranged from $1.65-$5.50.

It would be 5 stars, except the buffet was constantly cold. All of the regular and upgrade restaurants were excellent.

we did not encounter anyone from the staff that was rude. all of the staff were friendly. this would be a 5 if the room steward refilled the restroom items, and the photo staff did not loose the pictures we paid for.
