Review summary

Overall, great cruise amazing drinks. Just bad service when it came to food. I had some allergy breakouts and I told the waiter 6 times that I have allergy to certain things. Service took over 2 hours at Cagney steak house and even breakfast at Tropicana was delayed by an 2 hrs.

Service was horrible. Every night we had problem with food being late. And buffet food made me sick.

I loved maribel she is so sweet and amazing. Always going above and beyond. I wish there were more storage and more outlets

We also had horrible service at Cagneys 2 weeks ago. It was very disappointing. All other specialty restaurants were great for us tho.

Did you mean Taste or Savor for breakfast as I don't think Tropicana serves breakfast. Sorry about your experience.

Was soooo unimpressed! Not once was my names used by anyone of the crew. Casino staff and management were horrible and rude. Steward was unintentive. Instead of one card for all they give u 3 cards and no lanyard or chain. Never again.

Another great trip on the Getaway
