One of the gangways was broken, so everyone had to board through 1 entryway. It took a long time, but it was still very organized.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

We loved Cagney’s. We used our specialty restaurant package. We only had to pay the difference on drinks over $15. The food was amazing!!!

Teppanyaki

Experience was amazing and the food was delicious!

La Cucina Italian Restaurant

Server was not great. She didn’t explain how our upgraded restaurant package worked and was not knowledgeable about the wine list. Food was “good.”

Cagney's Steakhouse

Food, service, drinks all top notch!

Onboard Activities

My 10 year-old swam and swam and swam. My 7 year-old loved the family hot tub! The top deck movies were so cool! We took in 3 of them.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was awesome. We love Jorge! My husband had service problems at the Irish Pub. He asked 3 different employees if they could take his order and 30 minutes later they all declined. He had to speak with the manager. Our waitress at the Italian restaurant was not great, but service at Cagney’s was spot on. I also loved how the crew welcomed everyone back on board after excursions.

The ship was beautiful.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our balcony room was the perfect size for our family of 4. My girls loved the bunk bed! The AC made the room very comfortable.

It was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy.

This was our favorite port. We toured with RT&T and Jonathan was our tour guide. The day was like a whole vacation in itself. We had a bus tour of the island followed by a boat tour and snorkeling. Then we were treated to a homemade tortilla with beans and cheese. Johnathan gave us the option to visit an animal preserve where we got to experience monkeys, parrots, macaws and sloths.

Harvest Caye, Belize

We should have done an excursion here. It was very commercialized. We felt like we didn’t get to truly experience Belize.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

We paid to spend the day at Blue Reef Beach. The owner, Jamie, prides himself on personalized service. We had a palm umbrella with chairs plus drinks and food all day long. He provided sand toys for the kids, kayaks, snorkeling gear, etc. Only advice is don’t take the open air bus. Pay for a cab!!

Cozumel, Mexico

We did the Dolphin Discovery experience at Chanakaab. 110% recommend!!! Pay for the upgrade to swim with sea lions in addition to dolphins and manatees This makes you VIP so you get free food and drinks plus a photo package. This day was AMAZING!!
