Review summary

Luxurious but uncomfortable, not recommended for 4 adults in the same cabin.

Communication was lacking, the staff acted as if we had been there before & did not offer much guidance or assistance however they were quick to correct missteps.

The food in the Haven was spectacular time after time, it could definitely be counted on when you craved the same items, the Teppanki was divine worth getting the meal plan, Moderno’s was excellent if you enjoy Brazil gaucho style restaurants, which I do, sadly the buffet was lacking the selections were not varied & the food lacked basic flavors.

Most of the staff were attentive however they did not listen very well, although they checked on us frequently we had to repeatedly ask for basics like water refills & condiments. On several occasions we received part of our orders & the wait time for requests was lengthy.
