Review summary
We arrived back at 3pm versus the 8am planned arrival due to crew member who jumped overboard. Cost us money to change flight that was 2pm. Waited 3 hours to use a phone, then half hour to connect (very poor internet, phone connections) to call airline to change flight and had to pay $129 for the change. No compensation from Norwegian even though it was their employee who caused delay.Embarkation
