Review summary
Far too many people. Will not travel this time of year again. We were in boarding group 1 but had to board with group 5 due to the system stating we had checked in within 3 seconds. We had to wait for new cards. Finally boarded, and got an eye-roll from the bus boy when asking where the restroom was. My husband asked twice (he is hard of hearing...but couldn’t understand). I asked because I had not understood what the bus boy was saying. He told me, then rolled his eyes. I realize people get frustrated, but I have a Traumatic Brain Injury and patience would have been appreciated.Embarkation
