Overall it was a great time, great service, food everywhere and you will never be thirsty.
Embarkation

It was organized very well.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food was good, however, there were no real variations from the basics in the main dining rooms. I think on the concierge's website, all restaurants and dinning rooms should have the dailiy menu available for viewing.
Cagney's Steakhouse
5 out of 5
This was by far the best place on the ship. The prime rib was cooked exactly to order. Don't miss this spot!
Ocean Blue on the Waterfront
5 out of 5
The meal was delicious and the seafood was fresh however, the place was book solid for the entire trip even when you would clearly see there was seating available. They need to hold firm to the claim of only holding a reservation for 15 minutes before giving it to a group who is waiting.
Onboard Activities

The bar service at the pool was extremely slow if you have to wait in line. We made a friend in a specific server, tipped him well the first day and he was golden! Bar far one of my favorite people on the ship. Thanks Amadi!
Entertainment

Children's Programs
5 out of 5
The kids in our group were begging to do to daycare in the evening! That says a lot for the program.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Our Cabin Steward, Jesus was one of the best. He was always available and went out of his way for us. The waiters in the general diningrooms were okay, and the bartenders, over all did their jobs but if you tipped one or two that you really liked they were outstanding!

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was always clean, very comfortable for two and the bed was high enough that you could stow your luggage away during the cruise. I wish you could plug into some music on the tv to have playing in the room.
Ship tip
I would spend the $13.99 or $14.99 on the ship Concierge data so you can text back and forth to your group. Sometimes it is a little slow but it's better than nothing.
We hooked up with transportation just inside of port and took a long ride to little key beach that was perfect and by far the best beach on our entire visit. Our driver and "babysitter" stayed the whole time and got our drinks and made sure we got back on time. Admittance to the beach was $20 and the transportation and "babysitter" was $20 per person.
This was beautiful. Loved the pool as I am not really a sand person. If you were looking for a beach experience, this is not the place. Our group loved the zip line experience. If you have any physical difficulites walking, get onto the cart just off the ship and back as it is 3/4 of a mile walk.
Swam with the dolphins. This excursion is totally worth the money $149.00. The cost of the photos is crazy and since we were a group we bought the whole package which was over $400 including the CD and split it 10 ways so it was not that bad. Again, if you have any difficulties walking, pay the man who rides the bicycle rickshaw and save your legs, well worth the money. Also, don't forget to visit Senior' Frogs!
It actually went well considering the amount of people they have to get off quickly. I must admit they could have done a better job at labeling what area you go to for the color tag on your luggage. A porter to exit is a must, they know exactly where to go.
