Staff in most areas very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed some of the spa features, as well. As mentioned really appreciated all the live entertainment!

Long lines, and confusion once on the ship. Could not go to rooms, and the buffet seemed to be only area open for food, very confusing, hard to negotiate for a first time cruiser with Norwegian. Not very good communication on what one could or could not do until rooms were ready.

Very good design once we got used to the layout. Very clean and welcoming public areas.
Due to street construction a little crazy, also could not believe how busy this port was as well. Had been in the past and realized it was a lot more built up than in past. Went on a non-Norwegian excursion.
