I would rate it a zero if I could ... not sure y anyone would take there kid on a cruise then have them confined in a room like a cell ..kids need to be outside not in a room the whole time ...Did not use

SueJeremy, there aren’t any. We’ve all been trying to figure out what the OP meant. I’ve sailed this ship twice and have never had any hidden charges. You will be fine.

Nahbee, that should be a given that video games and bowling cost money. Heavens, my 2 grandsons ran up $400 worth if charges playing games by mid week of cruise! Lol!

I think they are talking about things that are above reg gratuities, if youve never sailed ncl it seems very different from Carnival, this will be my first time and I've noticed a big difference in pricing

I've heard people complain about charges for bowling, video games, etc. So I wondered if it was something like that.

The gratuities? That’s not a surprise. It is stated in the contract that there is a gratuities charge. I pay for mine when I book. Just get everything paid for before I even set sail, including excursions and anything I want delivered and waiting in my cabin for me on the day I board.

What hidden charges? I’ve sailed the Getaway twice and never had any hidden charges.

We've also paid our gratuities before sailing. And for excursions.
