Very smooth! Checked our bags at the airport, and they were taken over to the ship for us. Very smooth boarding process, was on the ship in no time!

Buffet was very good, although cold a few times for breakfast, but overall, very nice. Great selection every day with nightly features. Main dining rooms were hit and miss, when it was good, it was great! When it was bad, it was very bad. Did not try any specialty restaurants. If I had any suggestion, it would be to concentrate on food temperature, lots of things cold several times.

Entertainment was the best I've seen on any cruise ship! Burn The Floor was very good, but Million Dollar Quartet was by far one of the best shows I've seen anywhere! The talent on that stage was incredible! I wish I could have seen every performance, it was THAT good! Also, Wine Lovers the Musical was amazing! Such an incredible value, and "Charles" was awesome!

The service was unbelievable! Never had a want or need for anything! Everyone, with the exception of two employees, were so friendly and helpful. Also, Paquito, the cruise director, was amazing!

Ship tip
Book your shows and/or dining as soon as you board the ship on one of the multiple touch screens located throughout the ship. The shows fill up fast
As soon as you get off the ship, you are harassed so much by the locals trying to get you to purchase something from them. I understand this is how they make their living, but it is overwhelming and way to pushy! The nearest beach was a 30 min cab ride away!
The port was very nice, but we took an excursion for a beach day. The place we went was a little sketchy, but the drinks were free, and the service was excellent
Favorite stop of the week! Brand new shopping mall right off the ship. We did the Salsa, Salsa, and more Salsa excursion at Playa Mia Beach Resort and we couldn't have been happier! The staff at the resort was excellent! The resort itself was very clean and there were lots of activities to do. The highlight was the excursion itself, I HIGHLY recommend this! Our instructor was awesome! We learned how to make 3 different kinds of salsa, had some great food and drinks, and were given salsa dance lessons! One of my favorite activities I've ever done on any vacation!
This was a bit unorganized. Lines were extremely long, people getting out of elevators, cutting line...just a lot of mass chaos. Took quite a while to get off the ship. Carnival was much better at the disembarkation process.
