Disembarkation

Worst experience ever. The staff/crew did not plan or think it through at all. I could go on and on about this but would take forever. Left a dot taste in my mouth to end the vacation. However, going through customs was easy breezy!

I agree, this ship was my worst experience. The pool area is in desperate need of chairs and a smoking area next to the pool was not favorable for a non smoker. A line was made with cones by ship staff as to where to form the line for us citizen debarkation for the passengers who were going to walk off which I was about the 10th family in line. The line became very long as all eagerly waited for customs to open when the ship staff came and stated we were in the international line not the us citizen line even though the sign clearly stated us citizens! This caused a herd of people trampling their way to the other end of the ship to be the first in line....no organization!!
