I loved the ship but will probably avoid NCL in the future because the staff doesn't have the attitude I expect on a cruise. I usually travel on Royal Caribbean and they just can't be beat on service. Well except for Disney but can't afford that one.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation was smooth and effortless. We got there at 11:30 am when documents said embarkation starts at noon and the counters were all open and functioning. Didn't stand in line for more than a few minutes even though we are not elite cruisers.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
This was a hit or miss. When we were participating in the dining rooms with a charge, the staff was friendly and everything was pretty timely, except for Oceans which was painfully slow, though staff was great there too. The main dining rooms were a disaster. Wait times were long, waitstaff plain unfriendly and food mediocre at best. Also the bars were always understaffed. Bar tenders rude and service slow. It seems most of the bars were closed all day. Im not a heavy drinker and it was a challenge to get even two drinks in on any given day. Kind of makes the drinks package useless.

Every show we participated in was a delight. Loved the comedians, and the musicians at Howl at the Moon especially.

Ship Quality

Ship is beautiful and chock full of stuff to do, unfortunately staff in undertrained and unenthusiastic.
Cabin / Stateroom

Normal cabin, I haven't noticed a difference in cabin size or design in any of the ships I've been on. There were no drawers at all which was weird.
I was treated like royalty on my cruise with Norwegian. Loved them my Experience Disney was the same they treated me the same exact way. But I’ve learned that each cruise can be different you can go with one crew and they’re kind of OK and then you can go with another crew and they’re fabulous but I would let them stop me from Crusing
