NCL has issues as they all do. We had a great time but our next cruise will probably be with RCL or Celebrity. Loved how at the port we had cold drinks, scented wet cloths and beach towel exchange. Prefer a set time and same waiter in MDR.

Was not a fan of free style dining. Had to wait for a table often. My son who is a picky eater liked the food on NCL compared to other lines. Just dont ask them to microwave popcorn, they are clueless. Husband said steak on buffet was better than MDR. Needed more variety in MDR. Had alot of chicken and pasta. No seafood really. The one thing that grossed me out was in the MDR, they clean the plates out in the open while we are trying to enjoy our meal, a dirty plate full of leftover food is piled. Wasabi had the best sushi ever. Margaritaville needs evening hours.

Tons of stuff to do for all ages. My son loved the bowling. Pool area is way too small and chairs were taken on all decks by 8am.

Cabin steward was great. MDR wait staff could have improved. They either messed up our order or was too slow and unattentive. Bar staff was great.
Stay on ship. We went on a Land/Sea excursion. The tour guide Jaime was amazing but the island not so much after you leave the port gates. My daughter was so heartbroken over the starving, stray dogs that we went to a store to purchase dog food to feed them. It was raining the entire day so the snorkeling was bad also. Will not go back to this island.
Actually, it was the Freestyle concept that made me fall in love with NCL! I hate set times! Food is superior to RCCL and Carnival! Back on the Getaway this January!
