Review summary
We were fed like gladiators: macaroni and cheese, pasta, pasta pasta, bean soups and 500 varieties of chicken. We missed two ports (it's not my fault) continuously was announcing the captain. In one port -Brest- it took three hours to disembark and then another two to embark. We had only three hours in the city. One could not get a place in the only two good speciality restaurants. Anyway, my friends and we doubt that we'll ever set foot on a NCL vessel.

Thank you for your review. I will agree that the new Mega ships are not what cruising used to be. I prefer the smaller to mid size ships that are still ships and not floating amusement parks where you need to decide months before your cruise what night you want to go to the steakhouse or what night you will feel like Sushi.
I will add that even though the Celebrity Solstice class ships are large they still have good service, good food and are not crowded as they have less guest per ton then the regular lines.
