Review summary

NCL has made a ton of money promoting their beverage package and lacks the additional crew staff to serve their patrons at the bars. It is an average 15-20 minute wait. Also, they are making material misrepresentations to their patrons regarding their tip policy that rewards their staff and alleged stopover in Belize.

We paid for a total of 3 more specialized dinning rooms totaling 6. At those restaurants were additional food upgrades that were not included.

The staff complained that they don't receive any of the tips which is a material misrepresentation by NCL. What I did learn is that NCL uses those tips to subsidize their crews salary. FRAUD

Cabin / Stateroom

There was a material representation that my spa cabin was on the same deck as the Spa. Incorrect, we were on the 14 deck and the spa was on the 15th that required alot of walking and my wife had hip problems.

It appears NCL is "nickling & diming" its guest with food upgrades and has engaged in a pattern of intentional misrepresentation regarding their tip policy and scheduled destinations.
