Review summary

Air quality in common areas could be improved. My family and I got sick with sinus infections due to this. Bed sheets looked old and used and torn. Dusty rooms were also an issue. Towels smelled like oil and food at times. At disembarkation hours went by standing in long lines inside ship waiting for updates. Not one single NCL employee on the floor to assist and help guide its guest. Many I saw dressed more casual leaving and getting off ship. This trip left us all with a very bad taste in our mouths.

Steward was very nice and friendly. Sadly our rooms were very dusty. Towels smelled like food at times. Bed Sheets had stains and looked old and torn.
