Review summary

Good Things about ship: 1. Water Slides (although 2 not open at times) 2. Casino is large 3. Decor of ship is updated nicely 4. Nice bathrooms

BAD THINGS: 1. Horrible layout 2. Horrible director 3. Zip line (never open) 4. Rope course, rock climb wall, bungee trampoline are only opened during a couple hours with mile long lines and the mini golf course was designed poorly. 5. Atrium hosted shows that should have been in theater, no room what so ever to see and enjoy. 6. Pool - not enough room, no chairs, too crowded/cramped 7. Splash (kids camp) reached full capacity, we were turned down multiple times for not having enough staff vs # of kids 8. Rooms - smallest room I have been in yet on a ship with no storage 9. Entertainment (singers, shows hosted by director were terrible) Deal or No Deal game show is a RIP OFF! 10. Food was mediocre 11. Plan 2 hrs to eat at restaurants 12. 3 out of 4 of us got really sick and saw many more on board with same symptoms

My room was 12461, April 3 - 10 2016. Disappointed Family here. Norwegian and the Getaway will be at the bottom of our list for sure.

We were turned down multiple time because they were full capacity. Early hours too. Not enough staff vs children??

Most casino dealers not friendly Our room steward was awesome! Alot of staff flaunted their homosexuality too much.

Ship Quality

Decor is nice and clean but the LAYOUT SUCKS - no elevator/stairs in middle, same in pool area, you have to go to front and rear of ship to go up or down

Too small even for an inside room. Stayed on others many times. Not enough storage. Ended up using suitcase as drawers under the bed

Ship tip

Upgrade to larger room, Find out times of outdoor attractions and get there first to avoid 2 hr waits, don't see any shows in the atrium (horrible location, packed liked sardines). Dont play mini golf (the course is flawed in so many ways and damaged), Try the Prime Rib.Bring magnets / hooks to hang
