Free style dining works well. We never waited in line, however, we like to dine early. We usually ate between 5:30 - 6:30. Lines were very short when we left the dining rooms.

This is my third time sailing with Norwegian and we as usual had the best time of our lives. It is always a pleasure to have so many activities for the whole family to do. The activities are endless.

The ship itself was beautiful. The rooms were very nice (we were on the 5th floor with a pretty large window). We felt like we had enough space in the room to live comfortably for 7 days. The buffet needed a little work- we got kind of tired of the same food everyday, but the variety of specialty places to eat were wonderful! We felt there were too many children/teenagers on board, because we are a young couple without kids, but it really is a great family atmosphere.

1st cruise for our family. Plenty to do onboard to keep everyone happy even when the weather didn't cooperate. The freestyle dining was great option & the quality of the food was very good. I don't think we could do a cruise with assigned mealtimes after having this kind of flexibility! Terrific theater onboard with excellent entertainment. Excursions offered by the cruise (in Bermuda) were really worthwhile..

food in garden cafe was excellent. variety of ice cream in garden cafe was a plus. menu in main dining( magenta and grand pacific) was very poor.same menu every day.on average staff was not cheerful compared to our experience on other ships and cruiselines.overall our cruise experience was very good.

love the freestyle

This was a great time. We sailed through a storm and the crew handled it very well, even though many passengers and some crew felt seasick. The crew still took care of the passengers and our room steward made a special effort to ask about my daughter who was seasick.

The ship was nicely laid out and very clean. The crew was very friendly and the entertainment was fantastic. The freestyle dining was a big plus. Also liked the freestyle disembarking option as well.

Crew was unpleasant to deal with. Boat hit rough waters in the atlantic which made a few days at sea unbearable.

This was my family's first cruise. After adapting to being on a cruise ship and navigating our way around, we begain to explore and try out all of the amenities. We attended all the shows, exercised in the fitness center, tried out the pool, decorated cupcakes, learned to make towel animals and much more. There was something for everyone to do. We enjoyed our floating hotel while docked at King's Wharf, Bermuda. Everything we wanted to do and transportation was convenient. Walked right off the ship and bought bus/ferry passes and explored. Had read some reviews about the wait staff not being friendly. This proved to be untrue. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff was excellent. Couldn't do more for us. The food was good and there was way too much of it. We didn't go to any of the specialty restaurants because there was a large selection available at all the other restaurants. Wait time for seating was minimal. Overall an enjoyable vacation.

The cruise director (Sinan) was hilarious and like the energizer bunny. He must never sleep because we saw and heard him everywhere. Shows were amazing and there is always something to do inside or out on the decks. Just get out there!

Overall very good. I would use this company again without doubts.

Wow!! This cruise was so wonderful that I wouldn't hesitate telling people that this should be their next trip. My best friend and I took our 14 and 16 year old daughters on this cruise. There was so much for them to do. The girls enjoyed laying out on the top deck with us but they would be on the go playing shuffle board, exploring the ship, playing cards and we felt that they were totally safe. They were sad that after seven days it was over! I would tell people to bring walkie talkies with them so that they could keep in contact with their group.
