Review summary

Cruising to Bermuda is always good. Bermuda is very clean and the quality of beaches is excellent. As far as I am concerned the jewel class ships in Norwegian are the best. They are medium size with plenty of areas to sit and chill. For someone who doesn’t drink alcohol (completely dry), the coffee served on this ship was a major disappointment. I don’t drink Starbucks. So the choice i was left with was nothing. This was my first cruise from Boston, and it was one of the best experiences I had. I usually cruise from NY. Also bar harbor was a nice surprise.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
1- coffee : The coffee quality served on NCL is mediocre at best. They have changed their coffee beans supplier from Lavazza to a Columbian type of beans, which is truly disgusting. 2- the food quality in the buffet has deteriorated big time vs 2017 to 2023. Only the on the last day of the cruise, the food quality at lunch in the buffet was back to the quality I used to get from NCL before. 3- food quality in the main dining room is very good. 4- specialty : excellent.

Ship tip

Look for Ivy at the main dining room. She is of great help when it comes to ordering dinner.
