I was very disappointed with what was offered per your advertisements and your sales agents selling me this expensive vacation. I paid for both rooms 10006 and 10002. I was very unhappy with the Concierge Service and Butler Service. They were basically nonexistent. Although they did send me a small tray of small bites every night, I guess to appease me? Nashira Forbes was the worst concierge I have ever dealt with and I have traveled a lot. Her condescending attitude was the worst, unless of course you were one of her favorites. She did not listen to our concerns, her directions were not clear or precise and she did not go out of her way in any possible act to try and remedy the situation or try and make our Honeymoon Trip better in any possible way.

The Buffet was not good, but the remainder of the restaurants we ate at were very good and the staff at the restaurants were always kind and did their best to make sure you had what you wanted and needed

Dont and if you do do not upgrade your cabin to include 24 hour Concierge and Butler service, the only thing they did was send us snacks every evening with their compliments. I just wish they had done their jobs!
We had to spend more than 4 hours that day traveling. We had to pay extra to take the train back to Tieste, because the complimentary bus they offered to us would have only allowed us 4 hours in Venice as the last bus was leaving for port at 3;30 pm, when they didn't even get us to Venice until almost 10:30 am. We missed a paid for tour because the buses were not at the port on time and my Concierge Nashira Forbes did not get me on the first bus out, as she had promised, because of the timing of our tour and the travel time by bus.
We had a mix up with our tour guide but eventually we got to the beach. This was another mistake that Nashira Forbes made when we asked her help in getting to a beach.
The admins of this app really need to monitor some of these reviews. Leaving a review on ports they haven’t even cruise to yet? Day 3 of their current cruise it hasn’t even finished. Hard to believe this nonsense lol.
