Review summary

Because of the weather we were stuck in NYC for an extra 2 nights which meant that we missed the first two ports. Communication by NCL was shocking. They kept putting off the leaving time when they must have known we weren't leaving. They should have been upfront about it. The crew was new and were inexperienced on the ship and leadership was lacking. The final straw was on the final night when destruction of the huge Christmas display took place in prime time (6-8pm) in the atrium. The poor pianist was trying to play amongst the hammering, vacuum cleaer and dust.
