Review summary

AS this was a family cruise with 4 kids, Parents and Grandparents, I felt there was enough to make everyone happy. The food could use an improvement. Even in the Specialty restaurants,. Le Bistro was our favorite and we ate there 3 times. I had a bad experience in Cagney's, but the staff tried their best to make it better, so i appreciated that. I was pleasantly surprised by the roominess and efficiency of our statement. We had plenty of space and did not feel cramped at all. And the location on deck 11 mid-ship was perfect for getting around. All in all, we had a great time.

For the most part, check in was very easy and smooth. There was a long line, but it moved pretty fast. The woman who checked us in was polite and informative.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food in the buffet and out door grill could (should) be better. We ate in the specialty restaurants every night but one. The atmosphere and food are better than the general dining rooms. I am not a fan of the "free style" dining. Not being able to make a reservation in the general dining room results in long lines and is an inconvenience. it was nice to have the espresso bar as the coffee in the room is terrible; as is the coffee in the Garden Cafe. My biggest complaint is the noise. there is no place to go if you just want to sit, enjoy the view, or read a book. The music is everywhere. Even in the library. there is a so called "quite zone" by the pool but with the music so loud, it is far from quiet.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There is plenty going on for all. Enjoyed the trivia, shuffleboard, and kids' activities.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was 1st rate - Broadway quality. The dance troupe on our ship was amazing. A very talented group of people. And the 3 themed productions were a lot of fun,.

Port Canaveral, Florida

The cab service to get anywhere is over charging . Taking advantage of the situation. We stayed on the ship and enjoyed the pool and the lack of other passengers.

Not really much to do in Nassau. We did go to Atlantis and had a lovely lunch in one of the hotels.
