Review summary

1) Excellent customer service, crew staff were friendly and so were the waitress and managers.

2) This was our 22 cruises, we were very disappointed the food that they served on the ship. It was terrible, too much curry powder and spices. French restaurant Garden cafe and dining room were bad, the steak house was the best. Norwegian really need to improve the food.

Candy and Rochelle, they both worked in the Orchid Garden, we had a great experience dining at the Orchid Garden. They were friendly, always carry a big smile on their face. The team members from ParkWest Gallery such as Johndre, Errol and Breona were extremely helpful. We were so happy that we bought two lovely Peter Max painting. The Hotwire band was extremely amazing, we love their music and singing. They were the best band we had ever met on the ship.
