Review summary

There were several things we liked. First was the convenience of leaving from NY, and we were fortunate to have had good weather conditions. Secondly, Even though we had 5 days at Sea, there was plenty to do and our 8 year old Twin Boys spent much time in the Splash Academy because they had great activities. Thirdly,The restaurants were very good, and we enjoyed eating breakfast and sometimes lunch on the ships open back deck. Last the destinations were excellent!

Ship tip

Go to as many Wine Tastings as you can, they were absolutely fantastic!

We are about 1-1/2 hours from NYC. We took the bus right to the port. Check your local bus depots in your area to see if they go to NYC.

I live close enough so that all I need is a car service, but from what I read and researched, you can get a 1 month parking space very close to the ship for about $250 for a month, for the 11 days of the cruise, that works out to less than $25 a day.

Glad to hear there is plenty to do. We leave in 9 days. Have not had that many days at sea before, but figured my kindle will be loaded and there will probably be sunshine, so I am good. I was pretty sure the destinations would be great. Nothing beats the Carribean, it is so beautiful.

We are 3 hours away, so I don't think uber will work for us. It will be 9 people with 2 cars.

Nowhere to park reasonable. We have cruised 25 times out of New York and unless we are with a big group to split the parking get uber. It's 40 a day almost everywhere
