Review summary

Everything about the cruise was great .We had an upgraded meal package which was wonderful. The free drink package was also a very nice option. Just remembered the bad part . Getting off the ship in Portland ,Maine It was a cluster mess .Not sure that it was Norweigan`s fault it could have been US customs.The line wrapped around the interior of the ship like a snake.We were lucky to be towards the front portion of the line.

Nope. They had 4 agents, for abt 2400 ppl.

Trying to get 2,000 plus people through a customs check with so few customs agents was poor planning. Can't blame NCL for this

Yes, that was horrible for us too. Mishandled terribly. But I do think part of it was immigration. They seemed to want everyone in a line to get it done. Only thing was, we were all in line forever! They weren't moving rapidly at all! And, while in line, they were making announcements that people weren't going thru immigration and to get down there....? What? We were all in line!!! Of course folks hadn't gone thru! Oh well, if that's the only complaint I have (and it is) I count my !money well spent! Can't wait to cruise NCL again. Our 3rd in 11years, and not our last!
