Review summary

The buffet food was the same nasty taste for breakfast the security guard grab my 15 year old son and push him around the teen club finishes at 1:00 pm and the kids were not allowed to eat late night snack in the restaurant. The worst was when a gentleman fell of the bike in the gym and died because help was not there fast enough it took nearly 20 min before the AED was used I think his life would have been saved if help would have arrived much sooner over all the experience was very bad and try calling Ncl you can't get anybody to answer your call

I love reading stories from people who bitch and moan about everything. Cruise on a Disney ship.....geared towards kids. Oh...and the story about a security guard and your 15yo....good reading. Say goodnight John Boy.

From what I understand that happened, the man was on the tred mill and collapsed. The people in the room tried to communicate with him, they thought he had passed out at first. Not sure of what happened thereafter. I don't want to speculate, but it was shortly after that when he couldn't be revived, that emergency services were requested. Not sure if anyone other than the paramedics attempted CPR.

Did no one who was around attempt to help ..?? Even though not everyone is trained in CPR... Even poor CPR is better than no CPR ... Shameful if people were there and did nothing ... Till help could get there

The paramedics were on deck 4/5 and the gym was on 12?, getting an elevator on that ship was a joke, especially for those who can't walk a simple flight with the exception of the elderly and handicapped. With that said some of the elderly people were taking the stairs. That too was a challenge...freaking kids camping out on the stairs and or jumping down the stairs. Really? Parents anywhere??? As far as the food, it was good. I have no complaints. Overall , they tried to reach that poor man. Unfortunately it wasn't fast enough. Minus that exception, the cruise was great.
