I am mad that I now have to do extra work to get a refund on gratuities charged I could not get charges reversed at the customer service des

I had a flood in my room I had to pack up and change rooms and I was disgusted that gratuities are so painful to reverse  I was charged gratitutiesfor specialty dining and then an automatic 13.50 a day  I wanted it adjusted and they refused I was told I had to do it on shore

The drain flooded into my cabin

My grandson cried for his mom and was told she was busy he never went back
Entertainment Service was good but buffet too crowded
