Loved the eastern Caribbean, great staff (although apparently overloaded with a FULL ship), food was good but becoming lesser in portion, shows were excellent, customer service needs some added training, internet café was good, a better map of the passages by floor is needed (6th has poor inside flow, 12-14th floors are broken up with pools, dead ends are possible). The continual bombardment with retail sales items is getting out of hand. Cruise lines need to reduce the influence of their accountants and raise the voice of their customers.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Variety is less. Flavor is reasonable.
Onboard Activities

Played a lot of Trivia but stuggled with the cruise staff's dialects and enunciations.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Only got to see a couple of shows due to their lateness; but, they were very good. Being seniors sends us to bed early - maybe an earlier show occasionally might be good.
Children's Programs

Since we had no grandkids on this cruise; I have no comment. The pool was full.
Service and Staff

Ketut in the cabin crew and Kumang, Amelie, Numang in the Great Pacific restaruant were outstanding.
Ship Quality

Not sure what this is asking; but, the appearance was good. A full ship did put demands on the staff for cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom

Big, moveable table is a nuisance - had to literally crawl over it to get to the bathroom. Tried to position it in the middle of the foot of a king bed configuration and the steward kept moving back into my exit path? Maybe a table that folded in the middle might be more practical?
Ship tip
Dress code for the Great Pacific restaurant is published; but, definitely not enforced. BIG ship with some front to back passage issues (not all floors have inside, direct flow front to back). Captain and crew were great. North Atlantic can be a rough ride!!
Had not planned on doing much here; but, once off the ship the port had tours of the island for $20 each which turned out to be very nice. Very high hills from which to take pictures. But, no one told us that many shops were closed on Good Friday; so, shopping was not a real possiblity. But, the ship and its drive for sales may have appreciated that!!!
