Review summary
This was our 3rd and last NCL cruise. The staff was not as friendly as in the past, the management was definitely not as accomodating and the excursions were not accurately described. Getting our money back on some excursions and spa treatments was near impossible. After the cruise, we could not even contact NCL. Terrible customer relations. I had to count on DISCOVER CARD to help. They did not even get a response from NCL. I will never go on an NCL cruise line again.
