Review summary
The ship itself was clean and in good condition. However, the cruise staff were overall rude and lazy and were not friendly. The first 3 days of our cruise was extremely stressful, wasn't until we decided to just make the most of the cruise ourselves and not rely on the staff did we begin to enjoy ourselves. A cruise is a vacation that you are supposed to feel pampered from beginning to end. We never felt pampered the entire cruise and had to work at making it fun. We missed Royal Caribbean Cruiseline VERY MUCH! We will not cruise with NCL again!Ship experiences
